The Beverley Festival of Christmas, the largest one-day Christmas market in the UK, will be returning to the town on Sunday 14th December 2025 | 10am – 4pm.
Step into the heart of Beverley as the Market Place is transformed into a festive winter wonderland, filled with twinkling lights, joyful entertainment, and seasonal delights.
This much-loved festival brings generations together, celebrating the warmth of community and the enduring magic of Christmas.
Enjoy delicious food and drink, discover unique gifts, and soak up the festive atmosphere with performances and activities for all ages — a true celebration of joy, hope, and togetherness.
🎅 Saturday Market
Bustling cobbled marketplace in the heart of Beverley.
- Large Victorian Christmas Market: 10am to 4pm
- Santa and his reindeer from 10am – meet Santa and have your photograph taken!
- A wide selection of takeaway food and drink stalls
- Traditional Victorian fairground rides
- Independent and high street shops, plus restaurants, cafés, pubs and eateries to keep you refreshed

🎉 Wednesday Market
- Official start of the Beverley Festival of Christmas with a magical parade at 10am
- The festive parade begins in Wednesday Market and travels through the town centre, finishing at Saturday Market
- Victorian Christmas Market (10am – 4pm)
- Independent and high street shops
- Restaurants, cafés, pubs and eateries to keep you refreshed
- NEW for 2025 – Ice Sculpture
- Children’s activities in the courtroom including the Paperchain Challenge and Lucky Dips
- Refreshments available upstairs in the parlour

🌲 Beverley Minster Christmas Tree Festival
Step into a festive wonderland at Beverley Minster this December – home to the country’s largest display of individually decorated real fir trees.
- 150 real fir trees, each uniquely decorated by local groups, schools, and organisations
- Wander the trail and marvel at the creativity on display
- NEW this year – a charming wooden sleigh for festive photos
- NEW this year – children’s activity book and quiz
- Hot chocolate and mulled wine to warm your hands and heart
