Beverley’s Flemingate Set for Christmas Light Switch-On and Fireworks
Get ready for a night of festive entertainment at Flemingate for their Christmas Light Switch-On event, taking place on Friday, November 14th, starting at 5pm. This year’s celebration is packed with exciting entertainment and a breathtaking fireworks display.
The Flemingate Christmas event will run from 5pm until 7.30 p.m., with the much-anticipated light switch-on scheduled for 6:45 p.m., immediately followed by an eight-minute firework display set to music and the headline act. And don’t forget to keep an eye out for Father Christmas, who will make a special appearance.

Please note that part of Armstrong Way will be closed to traffic from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., with diversions in place. For those arriving by car, Flemingate’s 500-space car park will be available for just £2 for three hours. Visitors are encouraged to walk to the event where possible, as the car park is expected to fill up quickly.
The evening will culminate in the spectacular Christmas light switch-on and fireworks display, marking the start of the festive season in Beverley.
