Four candidates for Beverley by-election

Four candidates are standing in the by-election for East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Minster & Woodmansey ward.

The election has been called following the death of former Mayor of Beverley Cllr Peter Astell, and will take place on Thursday, 29th February. Voters will choose from :-

● David Keith Elvidge (Conservative)

● Tony Henderson (Liberal Democrats)

● Ron Laden (Labour)

● Jonathan Stephenson (Green Party)

The poll for the election of a Councillor for MINSTER AND WOODMANSEY Ward will be held on 29 February 2024 between the hours of 7am and 10pm. at the following locations, The number of Councillors to be elected is 1
